We exist as a support for family-directed education through an offering of choices that facilitates academic excellence and lifetime learning for parent and child.

Format of learning center

Initial curriculum planning conference with parent and student. Learning center meets two days a week. Students may choose from several classes and will attend one or two days based upon the number of classes in which they enroll and the class schedule. Students and parent(s) attend a quarterly conference for review of work to date, and by appointment as needed. Several field trips/all school activities are planned for the year with student participation strongly encouraged, but optional.
