Business and/or personal Mission Statement
I want to help each student find their passion, achieve their full potential and discover the talent God has given each of them. I want to expose students to new ideas and learning experiences so they may discover things they do not know about themselves. I want to prepare them to meet the world with a Godly worldview and the tools to achieve their dreams.
Format of learning center
Learning Center Time: Every Tuesday: 1-3:30 p.m. starting in mid-September.
Classes offered: TBD depending upon needs of enrolled students.
We meet once a week to cover 2 core classes (classes required to graduate from high school). Assignments are to be completed before the next class. Classes offered are usually History, English/Composition and/or Math. For the 2009-2010 school year the classes will be decided based upon the needs of the students involved. Field trips to supplement and enhance the classes are planned throughout the year. Family members are encouraged to join us in our field trips. Individual conferences are offered each month for each enrolled family for some personal one-on-one time with the teacher, student and parents. Parents are always welcome to drop into class at any time. For new families, we can schedule more one-on-one time to answer all your questions.
